Each project has an estimated cost of $4 Billion and will generate an IRR of between 7 and 10% depending on financing and market assumptions. The Company has a unique business model based on ocean energy infrastructure technology that can support a variety of wind, wave, solar, and even natural gas power generation technologies. The FERC preliminary permits are expected to be issued in March 2009.
